Ghaima — STEM Primary School
Privacy policy
This page explains what data the Ghaima website collects and how we use and protect it.
Visit and meeting requests
When you request a visit or a meeting we collect your name and phone number, the stage, teacher, day, time and type of visit, the start date if you choose one, and any note you write. We use them only to confirm the appointment and remind you of it. Our website forms never ask for your child’s documents or reports, so please don’t send them there; we ask for them at registration.
Children’s data
Pupils’ files, reports and photos are kept in the school’s internal system, not on this website, and are shared only with parents and with the bodies UAE law requires. We never publish a child’s photo on the website or public accounts without written consent from a parent.
Messages and reminders
We send confirmations and reminders to the phone number or email address you choose, and never send marketing messages without your consent.
Accounts and the message form
- Family accounts: name, email address and password (stored encrypted).
- The contact form: your name, email address and message.
Cookies and browser storage
We use only the cookies needed for signing in and for protecting forms. Your browser keeps your choices in the booking wizard until you close the tab; none of this reaches us until you send a request. We use no tracking or advertising tools.
Retention and your rights
Visit requests and contact messages are kept for twelve months and then deleted. You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction or its deletion at any time from the contact page, and we reply within thirty days.
